A BIT ABOUT MY APPROACH TO THERAPY
I work alongside my clients to help them move towards their goals and reconnect with what matters most to them. Compassion, creativity, and a social-justice lens are important to me and informs my practice.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT IN OUR SESSIONS
I want for you to feel heard, understood, and validated. At the same time, know that I will challenge you when it is appropriate, and encourage you to experiment with doing things differently than you may have done before, and that might feel uncomfortable. Relief and healing is possible, change and flourishing is possible, but not without effort and willingness on your part. Therapy is about getting the support you need, while learning ways to cope, recover, grow, and thrive.

In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome the challenges that have brought you here. Let's work together!
I offer weekly 60 minute and 45 minute sessions.
If you currently can't accommodate weekly sessions, I also offer a 90 minute option for less frequent, deeper dive sessions for a higher session fee if that is more supportive for your schedule.
Sliding scale, lower-fee, or "Pay What You Can" fees are available based on need. It is a core value of mine to support accessible therapy. In cases where we both agree we are a good client-therapist fit, but my standard rate is out of financial capacity, we can discuss between us what makes sense for fees. Lowest fee services are intentionally reserved for people with marginalized identities.
